Upgrade iPhone 3GS from jailbroken iOS 5.1.1 to 6.1.2

Upgrade iPhone 3GS from jailbroken iOS 5.1.1 to 6.1.2

I have an iPhone 3GS (Old Bootrom) running jailbroken iOS 5.1.1 untethered using Redsn0w, and unlocked using Ultrasn0w. It has iPad Baseband 06:15:00 Now I want to upgrade it to untethered iOS 6.1.2 Question 1: Do I need to make any changes to its iPad Baseband before upgrading it to iOS 6.1.2 in order to unlock it later after jailbreaking? Question 2: What tool and procedure do I need to follow to upgrade iOS? iTunes? Redsn0w? Or what? Question 3: After upgrading what tool and procedure do I need to follow to jailbreak? Evasi0n? Or what? Question 4: Finally after jailbreaking what tool and procedure do I need to follow to unlock? Ultrasn0w? Or what? I would appreciate if links to tutorials are provided.

In case of preserving BB I used redsn0w 0.9.15b3 from Extras I tried to cook NO_BB_custom_fm BUT in the beginning of the process it prompted me a message
MESSAGE 1: ''redsn0w can now directly restore your devise to an IPSW''
I clicked yes then 2nd message prompted
MESSAGE 2: ''redsn0w will prevent BB from being updated in this restore. you,ll probably need to run 'Recovery Fix' when its complete''
And restore process begun on redsn0w itself without itunes.
After restore completed 3GS has stuck into deep 'recovery mode'
I tried almost every available methods like
1- redsn0w 'Recovery Fix'
2- TinyUmbrella 'Recovery Fix' can not kick out recovery mode
3- iREB6 can not fix it
Even I have repeated the whole process but no luck.
Personally I feel that redsn0w 0.9.15b3 is incompatible with iOS 6.1.2

U need to downgrade ur baseband
For that download redsn0w 9.15b3
And download ipsw 6.0(as redsn0w will recognise upto 6.0 only)

Open redsN0w
Click on extras
Select ipsw 6.0
Click back
Click on jailbreak follow the instructions to put ur iphone in dfu mode
Mark install cydia and update ipad baseband and go on
After it is done now click on back again go to extras
Select ipsw 6.0
Click back click on jailbreak
But this time
Mark cydia and downgrade frOm ipad baseband
After it is done go baCk and and click on just boot
The pineapple will appear on ur iphone
Now go to cydia and search for evasion and install it

100%
Working
Need more help

U Can Simply download custom firmware 6.1.2
And restore ur iphone
After it is done
U will have to bypass
Activation screen
By using redsnow 9.15b3
The jailbreak will be untethered
Then u can go ro cydia and search for
For evasi0n
Install it and ur iphone will be untethered jailbreaked
