it's the new CEO making dumb moves Against the consumer. Spending R&D on making sure you can't downgrade and constructing a non-universal connector that is extremely tough to duplicate? And not including an adapter with the 1st generation products? Coming out with an iPad4 that has no real improvement but aforementioned adapter? Suing every other company for another few bucks? Jobs had one thing right that slowly disappeared as these iterations went along where if you make the consumer happy enough by including some features and making sure they work well and are contructed well then they'll spend their money.
