it's the usual " no matter what they say as long as they talk about US " . more lawsuit = more media coverage and more free "publicity" on main papers. Apple is really coming across playing mind games these days, as stated so many other times Apple is no longer capitalism driven and eventually they're craving for free media coverage to avoid paying for branding and advertising. GOD , they're so cheap these days. marc
