This judge seems very biased in this case, its a good thing that its up to a jury but all in all this is just a huge wate of everyones time and effort lets face it when iphone 2g was out sony Exprian and Lg Viewty had a better cam better screen and were hspa compliant but had sucky GUI's what made Iphone was its usability not REALLY its design it was simple and easy to use..... thats my opinion... if you dont like it you can find a pole position your ass over it and go F your self :).....

The real thing that made iPhone, the revolutionary phone, was the way Steve Jobs explained the Design: Design is not just what it looks like and feels like. Design is how it works. And as an industrial designer, I have to mention that, its the only way that a simple phone could turn into something great like iPhone.

Forget about it. Just go have some fun with yourself dude. Apple probably is overpriced for people who don't UNDERESTAND, that's why there are companies like Samsung out there. They are made to be afraid of great people like Steve Jobs, they are even afraid of his picture, that's why they got happy when he died! They didn't even say a WORD about his death! Even Bill Gates did! Shame on sisy copiers!

Come on now Sam-sung. we know that u make kick ass TV only because apple is kind enough to let u just make good tv. Ur gAlAxY is look and feel like a shoe. I hate selling anything but iPad. I make sure to tell each customer to put couple of more bucks and get the leass expensive iPad over any "YxAlAg". I prefere Stive pic then u Ninja

Samsung, people like your products because they are cheaper and easier to buy. Quit using subterfuge strategy. Use AMD stragety-low balling-and your phones will sell well. About your tablets, go back to drawing board and create a durable design, sell it for 10% less than the comparable iPad; then you may have a shot. I am saying this because Android has not yet been at equal with iOS.
