for all of you with safari crash, restore to 4.0.1, in itunes SHIFT+RESTORE, after you put iphoe in DFU Mode, and then follow this steps: http://www.usermadetutorials.com/2010/08/jailbreakme-by-comex-4-0-and-4-0-1/ to enter DFU search in www.usermadetutorials.com, you\'ll find all there.

Restore your iPhone to 4.0.1. Backup the settings and other things on your iPhone. But when the restore completes don\'t restore the settings, just click to start a new phone. Does this not work for anyone else? I\'m running 4.0.1 on an iphone 4 and I must have tried 100 times and all I get is the space background. I\'ve tried clearing the safari cache, cookies etc, but no cigar :( What am I missing?

Hi to ALL :) i have iPhone 3GS FW 3.1.3 Jailbroaken with SPIRIT (OSX) and Unlocked with Ultrasn0w 1.1-1 ( baceband 05.12.01 ) Now iphone 3GS is FREE from AT&T and i can use it in FRANCE :)! Question : How to Upgrade to 4.0.1 and keep the Unlock? what tutorial to follow? Is this possible or should i stay AWAY from 4.0.1 ?

I restored my phone to 4.0.1, and it worked today. Restore it to that version. Apple may block it in some days/hours. Hurry up!

Download the version 4.0.1 from the link on the iClarified website. Connect your phone to iTunes, push shift key and then restore key, browse window will open, give the location of the downloaded file. Please take necessary care while downloading the correct version of the firmware.

Hi, I tried to Jailbreak I phone 4 unlock v.4.0. However, after it is stucked, I shut down and open I phone. After that, sim was locked and it asked me password to unlock. 3 times trial. What should I do? Please help!!!!

It may be your SIM\'s pin-code. Ask the service provider about it or check for the pin-code with the SIM accessories or jacket that came with it.
