Hi, I tried to perform the soft Jailbreak of my 1.1.2 Iphone(after unlocking it using Geo Hot method). After the iphone got restarted, I saw that \"installer\" icon had changed in appearance and when I click on that icon, it shows blank page instead of the packages. Any help on how to get back the installer working.? Thanks, Gaurav

@mau_gnomo I had the same error after doing the soft update through the installer. Infinite rebooting including the apple logo. I forced the iphone into restore mode (connect iphone to your computer, press power and home until it is off, then switch it on holding the home button as well until the connect to itunes pic appears on your display .Afterwards you go through restoring 1.1.1 software , jailbreaking it, updating/jailbreaking to 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 right afterwards. This time it worked fine, took 40 mins for the 1.1.3 update. Good luck! And thanks to all the genius generous developers/hackers out there including George Hotz, elite/dev-team and iClarified!

Will this method set the iphone to factory settings? cause i\'m looking for away to roll back to factory settings but with having the jailbreak and less complexity.

Mine took about 30 minutes in the \"updating and jailbreaking\", now its stuck in the apple logo rebooting indefinitely. Those who it worked succesfully, is this normal? how long does it take? if it doesn\'t what do you recommend?
