Anyone please help... I have an Iphone 3G. Running with 4.0 and baseband 05.13.04. JB with redsnow and unlocked it with ultrasnow. Got all full bars and can get phone calls, but keep getting message saying Different SIM detected Connect to Itunes and only Emergency mode so I can not get to my springboard. I've tried the same process twice and phone still does the same. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you...
I have a 3GS which is locked to AT&T at the moment (I am not an AT&T Customer) and its sitting on 3.1.3, non jailbroken. What will happen to us who have 3.1.3 and can't Jailbreak? Im guessing this won't work right now. Any help / thoughts / info will be greatly appreciated.
Your 3GS, if on 3.1.3 OS and on any of the following basebands is already ready to be jailbroken and unlocked.

Here's a tip......type in www.iclarified.com and the select the badge in the upper left hand corner that says JAILBREAK/ UNLOCK. Before clicking on the badge, u must notice that there are two different links embedded in the badge; one for Jailbreaking and one for unlocking. You must Jailbreak first before the phone can be unlocked. After you've clicked on Jailbreak, then follow the steps in place (you'll have to pick what type of phone you have, what Firmware update you're currently running, what type of computer you will be using to build the jailbreak. Other than that, read all directions for jailbreaking carefully, perhaps even twice before you actually start the process. It really isn't all that hard. Give it a shot.

Hehe thanks for your input. Problem was I didnt know of Spirit till moments after I posted that. Last time I checked there was not a jailbreak available for 3GS on 3.1.3. I did the jailbreak with Spirit and then followed this tutorial and voila, unlocked and jailbroken 3GS on 3.1.3 :)
So is Spirit the only jailbreak for 3GS New Bootrom 3.1.3??...Or can i use RedSn0w also?
Also why r there warings not to use new tools if spirit was previously used??

For 3Gs 3.1.3 5.12.01 with 6.4 bootloader, my iPhone is already locked and can't access it without original carrier SIM card. but i have another network one with this sim how can i unlock it, i can't use Spirit for JB.
