Mike Pan è riuscito a modificare con successo l'iPhone 3GS permettendogli di registrare video HD a 30 frames per secondo!

Ecco qui un modo per far si che possiate registrare (e riprodurre sul vostro iPhone) ad una risoluzione di 1080×800 @ 30fps e fino a 20Mbps. (anziché l'originale 640×480 @ 3Mbps) (Uso il formato non standard 1080×800 per mantenere le giuste proporzioni)

Antoni ha anche fornito i files necessari per registrare ad una risoluzione di 960x720 se la preferite.

I just tried this on a 3GS with iOS 4.1 And it defenetely works, it made my iPhone record in 960x720 BUUUT, it is crapier in darkness and lasts a little longer to focus. And if you do a fast movement it will look worst. Although this does what its meant to do I will rather keep recording on the original 640×480 for a better quality image.
