China Mobile says they have cleared the biggest hurdle in talks to carry the Apple 3G iPhone, according to a Reuters report.
"Apple is no longer insisting on a revenue-sharing policy, so the biggest hurdle for China Mobile to bring in the iPhone has been cleared, but there are practical issues still to be resolved," said China Mobile spokeswoman Rainie Lei.
Apple Chief Executive Steve Jobs has said he would like to see the iPhone rolled out in China later this year.
