La Chronic Dev-Team a mis à jour son outil de jailbreak Absinthe et a lancé une version sous Linux.

@pimskeks a annoncé la mise à jour via Twitter:

La version Linux (x86/x86_64) de #Absinthe #A5 #jailbreak est prête !

La version 0.3 de #Absinthe #A5 #jailbreak est disponible pour OSX et Windows. Rien de vraiment nouveau, donc inutile de la relancer :-)

#Absinthe 0.3 ne contient que des changements mineurs d'apparence, et la correction d'un bug possible sous win32 (qui semble toucher très peu de personnes)

Vous pouvez télécharger la dernière version d'Absinthe ici. Vous pouvez trouver des instructions pour jailbreaker votre appareil avec L'assistant de Jailbreak iClarified.

I have tryed with wifi on and off i have different cords different computers i jailbreak all my phones before.this seems much easier.it starts and after 20 minutes it stops working so i unplug it and hook it back up and it says that it need to recover files unhook.so i unhook and put it in a different usb the 2 time and still nothing.is there something i am doing wrong.can someone please help o i did restore my phone that did not help.

will there be or is there any device for ios 5.0.1 that does hacktivation? I can't jailbreak nor save my shsh to cydia please help!

Just get a sim card for a carrier that has the iphone on it's network. No need to hacktivate.
