Apple has increased the maximum size for downloading apps over-the-air to 50MB.
With apps constantly growing in size and complexity this a welcome change.

Doesn't anyone realize this is just the wireless company's way of fucking everyone. they give you 50M so you would go over your plan and tax you on it. I know it's great to download shit over the air on 3G, but data will add up quickly and than BAMB! Taxman on yo ass! Just my 2 cents.

Why doesn't apple just give me the opportunity to turn off the limit if I want? After all, I'm the one paying for the data. Apple Fail

Or how about unlimited...?
I have unlimited internet in Luxembourg (Orange (was called VOX)) and have a contract over 10 years ago where internet was unlimited! :(

Isn't anyone with half a brain on a jailbroken device? I can appreciate apple's download limit increase - to an extent but - but with access to apps like MY3G this was never an issue for me and shouldn't be for anyone.

So when will we get a more appropriate cap? We could easily support at least 500 Mb in Europe.. In Sweden a 1 Gb cap would be fitting..
