Yeah download a iringer (windows) and it puts them into iTunes for u. U don't need to be jailbroken.

I use free program called Ringtonesia ya make Ur own ringtones from what ever songs U have sends it to iTunes for ya just sync that's it, doesn't have to be jailbroken
