A Federal Appeals court has granted Samsung a temporary stay on the Galaxy Nexus injunction won by Apple, reports Bloomberg.
Samsung Electronics Co. can resume sales of its Galaxy Nexus smartphone at least until next week, a U.S. appeals court said today. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit today issued a temporary stay of the ban on the smartphone until Apple responds on July 12. Notice of the order was posted on the court's website.

Yeah, I can imagine if they decide, a week from now, to reinstate the stay. How the hell do you 'unsell' thousands of units if they're found to be in violation? That said, I think Patent Law for electronic devices should really be reexamined. I don't believe you can patent intellectual ideas.
