Sharp has announced that it will start shipping screens destined for the next iPhone this month, reports Reuters.
"Shipments will start in August," Sharp's new president, Takashi Okuda, said at a press briefing in Tokyo on Thursday after the company released its latest quarterly earnings.
He declined to give a more specific date for shipments.
LG Display and Japan Display are also said to be suppliers for the new display which according to Reuters sources will be 4 inches corner to corner - 30% bigger than the current iPhone.
Apple is expected to unveil the device at a September 12th special event.

...which tells us that this iphone pictures are 100% fake considering lcd is not yet shipped. It is preety obvious that very few new iphones that are probably made could not reach the public and are kept in secret. I really really hope new iphone is going to have better design

I hope it doesn't really look like these "leaked" picture because it's kind of uggly. Unless its also a little wider. After all the iPhone is also popular for its esthetics. We'll see.
