Apple has seeded developers with a OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.1 update for testing. The delta update weighs in at just 38.54 MB and is build 12B13.
Note: You will not be able to revert back to your previous system after updating. Please install this update on a system you are prepared to erase if necessary.
