A judge in Tokyo has ruled that Samsung doesn't infringe on an Apple patent for synchronizing music and video with servers and has ordered Apple to pay Samsung's legal fees, reports AllThingsD.
"We welcome the court's decision, which confirmed our long-held position that our products do not infringe Apple's intellectual property," Samsung said in a statement to AllThingsD. "We will continue to offer highly innovative products to consumers, and continue our contributions towards the mobile industry's development."
It's funny to me that you call a 'single' judge ruling in favour of Samsung as 'reality' but a 'panel' of jurors ruling against them as 'farce'. You need to get a bit of reality yourself.
