The iPhone 5's Most Tweeted Feature is It's Thinness [Infographic]

Network Dynamics has produced an infographic analyzing tweets about the iPhone 5 following its unveiling.

We were surprised by the sheer volume of tweets: the iPhone announcement garnered almost as many tweets as the 2012 Republican National Convention got in three days. On top of this, major non-English-speaking countries (Brazil, Spain, and Mexico) stood out as having generated a significant portion of the total event-specific tweets, making the response to this truly international.

Notably, Strategy Analytics says that Apple was not telling the truth when it declared the iPhone 5 the world's thinnest smartphone. The Huawei Ascend P1 S, Fujitsu ARROWS ES IS12F, and Pantech Vega S5 are reportedly thinner.

Take a look at the infographic below...

I like that. IOS users tweeted cause you just can't shut them up, Blackberry users tweeted saying "I wish we had", while Android users tweeted saying "Ha, we already have that shit!" The only ones NOT tweeting are Windows Phone users, cause they have no devices to tweet on yet. 'D

That's not what apple said - September 14, 2012 at 6:27pm
That's not what apple said. Phil Schiller declares the iPhone 5 was the thinnest phone they've ever produced (thinner than their thinnest phone being the iPhone 4/4S). He never said anything about the iPhone 5 being the "World's Thinnest Phone". Research the keynote plz

You dumb fuck, it says "most tweeted" not what apple says is the best feature

Hey Retard, re-read this line "Strategy Analytics says that Apple was not telling the truth when it declared the iPhone 5 the world's thinnest smartphone" in the blog post u supposedly read
Seriously? - September 15, 2012 at 12:47am
Are you serious? You obviously haven't watched the keynote yourself. Phil Schiller DOES say it's the "Worlds Thinnest Smartphone" and it comes up on the screen as well. Anyway, Apple are probably choosing their words carefully and will claim that the other thinner phones mentioned here aren't the thinnest phones in the world because they're not available around the world!

Thin? SO WHAT? Nobody wants THIN!! 4S is already thin enough. They make it thin and then screwed their previous customers with a new connector because the old one won't fit, and did not put NFC because there's no room left, and their "industrial" design makes their CDMA model unable to do voice and data on LTE/3G at the same time, and at the same time change SIM card sizes. Skipped those and more just to make a phone 18% thinner and lighter. I don't think 4S users were complaining that the 4S was thick and heavy.Apple simply knows how to pitch their products to keep their rabid fanbase drooling.

Uhh how did they screw their customers with the connector it not like your gonna buy a iPhone 5 without it so youll have one anyways plus the thunder connector chares faster and is double ended and USB 3.0 apple cares about the products they put out so much they even upgrade chargers unlike fagsung devices that come with obsolete cheap chargers
