My firmware is 6.1.3 on my Ipod Touch 4G, but the jailbreak firmware list only goes to 6.1.2. Can I use that one?

I tried to jailbreak my iphone 4s, but I recently updated to iOS 8 and my modem firmware is 5.4.00. Do I not have the chance to jailbreak?
