So at this point the $99 16gb iPhone 5 (refurbished) purchase that I made 7 days ago today is on BACK ORDER!! Seriously?? ATT sells a a ton of phones and they are back ordered?? WTF!

If you are a current AT&T customer after going through the upgrade prompts you have to click on "All Smartphones". You must then narrow your search using the column on the left to only Apple under Manufacturer and Refurbished under Phone. It will then give you the option to upgrade to the Iphone 5 Refurbished model. I called online support and thats what they told me to do so mine is on its way. Please note the "Buy Iphone 5" picture will only prompt you to get a brand new Iphone 5. They were originally selling between $99-$299 but now it went up to $149-$349.
