Posted December 22, 2014 at 9:16pm by iClarified
T-Mobile CEO John Legere delivered a holiday message mocking other carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint. In the video, Legere is sitting around a fire reading a 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' themed poem.

Listen closely as CEO @JohnLegere reads us a magical story from the land of the #Uncarrier. Happy Holidays to all, and to all a good night.

What do you think of Legere's message to his fellow carriers?

I dealt with it every time to AT&T, t-mobile really cares. They don't charge me at all.

Just something to think about they had to pay 90 million "The Enforcement Bureau launched its investigation after receiving consumer complaints alleging that T-Mobile customers were billed for unauthorized charges for subscriptions to third-party services that they did not request or authorize. These subscription charges were typically $9.99 per month. As T-Mobile customers inquired and learned about the third-party charges T-Mobile assessed on their bills, many complained that they did not authorize such charges, and sought refunds. In some instances, T-Mobile provided refunds, but there were numerous customers who were billed for unauthorized third-party charges and were not compensated"

This is the most annoying Ad I've ever seen. TMobile recently paid millions on price tampering and this Baghdad special CEO thinks his crappy customer services can cut it? TMobile is below Sprint when it comes to coverage...

the number one carrier under sprint? I heard a tons of users that never used sprint, but the ad? This is clearly on topic that compares the thought they put in their networks. If anything is annoying, it's those ads that have to get the last claim out of iPhone users, siri, and iphone itself yet they focus away from what matters, and yes I'm talking about Samsung and Microsoft. Amazon did that just once and they understood when they stopped since 2013.

Yeah I wish Service were better in Philly area, too. I had used them for years with more minutes than I knew what to do with and didn't care aa much about dropped calls, but then Unlimited struck. Went to Verizon and no problems -- making me afraid to go back. Now been on AT&T through Straighttalk and still very little problem. T-Mobile may be better here now but why take the chance? And yes, every market is different so you decide for yourself. I wish I could get over it when T-Mobile Metro pcs is 4 lines $100.

It's still Ike that to me except unlimited is still perfect.

I had tmo for years and was happy with it. I switched to verizon right before they introduced the iPhone. Recently decided to go back because of the "too good to be true" prices. Didn't last for 2 months. Had more dropped calls in 2 months that with verizon in 2 years. Wifi calling is a joke. So not reliable. I was never happier to go back to verizon.

Wifi calling is a joke? I find it more helpful. But yeah what you said about Verizon. They keep claiming they're the most reliable and think they have the best plans and best network just because if coverage yet they showed fake rewards. This is exactly how I see Samsung, it's like their brother. I see Apple like tmobile, and sprint like half Microsoft.

Glad it works for you. My wifi calls would drop. Contacted tmo cust service and they asked me to call my internet provider... Although my internet works excellent. That's just my experience. Kudos to whoever finds it working for them.

Best move I made switching to Tmobile. Wifi calling really helps where coverage is bad which most times is indoors.

If only T-Mobile had better coverage I would switch. You have to admit them deals right now are a no brainier. But once on the T-Mobile network you quickly regret switching. If only it was as good as Att or Verizon. Sprint is just out of the question.

regret? It's the best move to a carrier I did moving to t-mobile, even prices are better than greedy AT&T.

Not really, coverage isn't THAT brutal. Most of the time I don't even notice it where I live. Best move I made, plus the speed is amazing

When t-mobile can match my 2000 minutes unlimited text and data for $40 then you can say AT&T is greedy.

Cheap 3G phones don't count and even if you had a nice phone, a go plan is priced the same for majority of the carriers.

Now that's a real mocking ad, one that focuses on what matters to people most and not wasting money just to pay people to say what never mattered and better yet, not having carrier logos/products in them like they aren't focused except t-mobile was by far in this one like other ads that don't involve mocking.

Didn't they pay 90+ million recently on a court ruling with price tampering?

I was going to say "good effort!" until the language at the end. Between that and their lack of coverage - the only reasons I don't switch. I want to though. But come on, you guys could do much better.

They are trying to push 2g towers to 4g by the end of the year as they mentioned. It has been said it will come near beginning 2015, but from the looks of their map, it looks like it's on par with Verizon and cricket. To me I have a big stretch of coverage and it's perfect.

I agree, if only they had more coverage.
