O2 Plans Reveal That Next iPhone Will Support Video Calling?

O2's new iPhone tariffs offer a hint that the next generation iPhone will include a front facing camera for video calls.

O2 lists UK video calls as one of the iPhone plan's key features. Notably video calls will be offered for the same price as audio only calls.

Recently it was also discovered that the iPad OS (iPhone OS 3.2) contains hooks to accept and decline video conference, flip a video feed (suggests front facing camera), and view video calls in fullscreen or partial screen.
