Zibri has announced a new version of ZiPhone which the iPhone Dev Team suggests is just a copy of their QuickPwn.

After no development talk for quite some time Zibri has posted this in his blog.
Next generation of ZiPhone is in the works.
It will be as simple as Apple would have done it.
A simple one click program.
A 5 seconds run.
Stay tuned.

This comes just after the iPhone Dev-Team released QuickPwn along with a note indicating that it was easily duplicated.
This tool and technique has been available to the iPhone research and hacking community for about 5 days now (if you looked hard enough) and now that we have released it properly, we are sure you’ll see all sorts of tools popping back up that have, erm„ been on a long hiatus :-)

Since QuickPwn does not currently have a graphical user interface it is thought that ZiPhone will package QuickPwn with a GUI and then release. More details will be posted as they come available.

i am so sorry ricardo, but new ziphone probably not unlock your 3G :) in fact zibri in ziphone made only GUI for existing jailbreaking/activating/and especialy unlocking tool which was available before.. (from command line, for example up to ver. 1.1.1 you used with ziphone commmand line anysim unlock, and for 1.1.2-1.1.4 geohotz gunlock :) So until Geo or DEv team not make unlock for 3G, new ziphone will have (like pwnage) only jailbreak and activate options for 3G. But who knows... you can still pry and maybe zibri suprise all of us :D ps: i havent anyting against zibri, but so big hype and only cos nice simple shiny GUI? :D

All I know is that zibri was very late in the iPhone hacking game. His tool didn't come out till long after others had been hacking the phone for some time. His comments on this blog don't really make all that much sense either. He's wasn't first to do anything as far as I remember.....

Decteam shitheds never had any good things to ofer for users. Shitty programs with shitty interface, nothing more. And Zibri always does his work good and nicely. Good work Zibri, keep it up! Lithuania with you!

Zibri will make Quickpwn better than it is, pwnage tool has cause more problems for people than ziphone ever has.

hey you guys, stop all the gossips about how the developers are doing good or not in what they do cos' everyone here get everythings free and not even a thanx so please stop all the complainssssssssss. if you like what they do then you can helps yourself if not, then stop all the gossips and stick to whatever firmware you have.

thanks god zibri its comming out with a new software hopefully this can fully unlock the iphone 3g.
