Apple Reportedly Launching Back to School Promotion Tomorrow

Apple is set to reportedly launch its annual Back to School promotion tomorrow, according to MacRumors. Earlier this month it was reported that the promotion would launch sometime this week as Apple Stores were set to have their store glass window displays switched out overnight.

The promotion will offer a $100 iTunes Store/App Store gift card to students who purchase a new Mac and a $50 gift card with the purchase of an iPad or iPhone.

The 2013 promotion was available in the following countries, with varying gift card amounts, and the 2014 promotion is likely to be similar: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States.


The promotion usually runs until sometime in early September and most products should be eligible excluding the Mac Mini.

Earlier today, Apple announced welcomed changes to iTunes U including the ability for teachers to create, edit and manage entire courses directly on the iPad.
