Comcast is planning to expand and launch a rebranded TV streaming service for just its broadband subscribers, reports Reuters.

The service, dubbed Xfinity Instant TV, will be priced as low as $15 a month to roughly $40 a month, sources said. It will include major broadcast networks as well as sports channels like ESPN and Spanish language channels such as Telemundo and Univision.

Xfinity Instant TV will be targeted at customers who can't afford or do want to pay for a bigger cable bundle. Comcast hopes that eventually these customers will upgrade to its X1 platform.

The new service is a revamped version of Comcast's $15/month Stream video service which was trialed in Boston and Chicago. It will compete with offerings from AT&T, Dish, YouTube, and others.
