Spark Email App Gets 'Send Later' and 'Follow-up Reminders' [Video]

The Spark email apps for iOS and macOS have been updated with Send Later and Follow-up Reminders.

With “Send Later” you can schedule email sending for anytime in the future while “Follow-up reminders” bring important emails to your attention when you need to see and act on them.




Schedule emails to be sent later
Compose emails at the time convenient for you and schedule sending when recipients are most likely to read it. Whether you’re a part of a team distributed across multiple time zones or just cleaning your inbox at late hours and want to hit your recipient’s inbox early in the morning, Send Later is there to help you. While in email composer, hit Send Later icon and pick the right time for message to be sent. Spark will take care of the rest.



Stay on top of your email follow-ups
Professional follow-up is an art that both sender and recipient appreciate. Everyone gets busy and can easily miss important emails. In this case, friendly follow-up reminders help you get a response when the timing is right. Use follow-up Reminders in Spark to ensure that your message doesn’t end up in limbo.

With Reminders, you no longer have to keep track of all of the emails yourself, Spark is on it. So you can focus on more important tasks. Persistence is the key, but don’t be annoying ;)




Completely redesigned email composer window
Email composer on iOS got completely redesigned to accommodate “Send later” and “Follow-up reminders” as well as new features coming to Spark soon. You’ll immediately notice how easy it is to choose the From email address. Also, explicit CC and BCC buttons make it whole a lot easier for you to manage your CC/BCC contacts. And, of course, Send Later and Reminders features are only one tap away for you when you need them.
