Sonos Announces New 'Recently Played' Feature

Sonos has announced an update that will bring a new 'Recently Played' feature to users.

With the next software update to your system, you will have the option to access a new feature called “Recently Played.” Located in the My Sonos tab, this feature allows you to quickly access your most recently played content.

The company has also updated its privacy policy to allow for the new feature.


How to turn on Recently Played
Following the next software update, you will receive a message in the Sonos app that walks you through the process of turning on “Recently Played." Alternatively, you can manually turn on the feature by following the below steps.

1. Open the Sonos app and make sure your system is up to date
2. Tap More on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen
3. Choose My Sonos Settings
4. Toggle Recently Played on
