Plex Gets Custom Volume Indicator on iOS, New Audio Player for tvOS, More

tvOS Changelog:
NEW:
- We’ve enabled a new audio player with some neat enhancements under the hood which improve performance and reduce transcoding.

FIXED:
- Added warning to the More Sources screen when a server is offline.
- Cache the last play queue to restore it more quickly on app resume.
- Improved reliability of seeking in the Enhanced Video Player.
- Show artist name subtitle in playlists instead of TIDAL.
- Stop music playback when switching users.
- Fixed a crash that could occur after buying a Plex Pass.

iOS Changelog:

- Added a custom volume change indicator to the video player, no longer shows full controls over the video when changing the volume.
- Changed video player interface to introduce the new playback modifiers.
