Is there an app/tweak that allows me to choose the destination folder when saving an image

Hi, anybody have any idea on the above? I have a jailbroken iPhone 5 and when i save images i want to be able to save them directly to one of my custom folders rather than saving them to camera roll and then moving them. Thank you CharloDJ
