How to get out of the recovery mode?

I upgraded my 3gs to ios 6.1.3 untethered then when i tried to downgrade . my pc powered off and stucked in recovery mode i tried all the methoda with red snow and snowbreeze and itunes to restore my iphone but alwayes errors
please help
