How to unlock GSM iphone 4 on iusacell Mexico

Hi i just bought an iphone 4 from mexico and i just wanted to know if i can unlock it using the gevey sim ,i asked someone in mexico the price of unlocking it and he said that it will be $300 ,the gevey sim is much cheaper than in mexico so i need to know if it will work or not . any help would be appreciated thanks
