Lockinfo - problem disabling "Tap To Launch"

In lockinfo5, turning off "tap to launch" does not actually disable it (consolidated view).
tapping on any notification (like whatsapp message for example) in the lockscreen will still launch the related application :(
anyone facing this same issue? any solution?
