IPhone 4s with 5.0.1 reinstall

Hi! I do have an IPhone 4s with IOS 5.0.1 on it and saved blobs for 5.0.1, 5.1.1 and 6.0. I´d like to sell it to a friend who would like it jailbroken, so I need to get my data from the phone and a running IOS5. Is there any way to get a clean reinstall of 5.0.1 or 5.1.1? Thanks a lot, Jo
