Problems with this site's tutorial

I tried to update my jailbroken iPhone 3gs without updating the baseband, using this site's tutorial, so it could stay at the 06.15.00 version. I do everything rigth, but when i open iTunes to restore, when is extracting the custom firmware, i get the 3194 error. What's happening, and what can i do? Thanks
