I just tried to jailbreak my iphone but I don't think it took. What do I do?

I went through the whole process. I clicked on exit because it said the phone would reboot. Now my phone has just been stuck on the white screen with the black apple in the middle. I have tried to connect to itunes but the computer is not picking up on the device being connected. How do I fix this?
