Iphone 3GS with IOS 6.1.3"No Service "

I have an untethered 6.1.3 jailbreak With the new bootrom, but am getting "No Service", or it just stays on "searching". I am running a 06.15.00 baseband.
Its untethered jailbreak with p0sixspwn.. i tried the ultrasn0w fix
but no luck still " NO SERVICE "
ANy Help ?
