Upgrade to ios 5.x from jailbroken 4.2.6 cdma( ios 6 is out i do not want 6)

I have a 4g iphon with 4.2.6 cdma. it is jailbroke with green poison. i want to update it to an ios 5 version and jailbrake it. ios 6 is out so i assume i need to download a firmware. i am on a new pc and all of my old shsh and other files are gone. i dont care if i loose my cydia apps because im giving this phone to my wife. she wants to have it un jailbroken but will jailbrake it when she is more familiar with the phone. i searchrd you tube and i am having trouble since ios 6 just came out. i have avoided all updates for 2 yrs now and now my apps are being outdated. thanks
