Why can't I unlock my sprint iphone 4s bad esn?

I bought my ip4s off ebay and its a bad esn, i thought I can unlock it using gevey ultra s cdma it was on 5.1.1 with baseband 2.0.12 jailbroken, istalled furious mod repo but couldnt unlock it bought another gevey ultra s cdma and selected sprint carrier of the white sim and put my tmobile but never got unlock then got a new micro sim card from tmobile i can see my number under setting then phone but it always say no service tried another unlock method which called r-sim3. restored alot of times and now since ios 6 is out there i cant restore no more btw i tried ultra snow even knowing it wont help and not designed for 4s data roaming was ON all the time i dont know what to do im having this phone for 4 months now i posted my problem on my sites but got no help you guys are my only hope, thanks in advance :(
