Update to iOS 7.x.x from 5.0.1 and preserve BB at 4.10.01

Device: iPhone 4
iOS: 5.0.1 (9A405)
Baseband: 4.10.01
Jailbroken on the above using redsn0w.
SIM Unlock is required so I need to keep the BB at 4.10.01 (Gevey SIM unlock).
I want to update to iOS 7.x.x. Don't really care which iOS, it can even be 6.x.x, just needs the following:
- Untethered JB
- Preserved BB
How would I go about this?
