How do I stop Auto-redial on "Call Failed"?

Hi,
I'm sure, with iOS7, you may have noticed that when a call fails with an iPhone, it automatically redials it when you unlock the device.
Is there any way to stop this automatic redial? A jailbreak substrate tweak or anything?
