I m not happy fore ios 7

I am using iphone 4 and my iphone software Ios 7 ,but i am not happy ios7 becoze my phone Is not working very well So I am downgrad ios 7.0.4 to ios 6.1.3 so This is possible ya not possible Please hepl me
