Why my push notifications doesn't work?!

I have a iPhone 3GS no JB/ iOS 6/ BB 05.16.07 running with official carrier SIM. However, I don't receive push notifications of any app, except Mail. Someone can help me?! This trick me since i have update to iOS 6, like a dumb withou save hashes
