Phone 4 ( Version 4.2.1, Modem Firmware 03.10.01) restarts/crashes very frequently

Iphone 4 ( Version 4.2.1, Modem Firmware 03.10.01) restarts/crashes very frequently. I also noticed that the speaker is also not working. I am not sure if both the problems are connected or not. I read some thread in which the moderator asked the user to pull up a console log and upload it on pastebin. So thats what I did too. Now when I open the seal of the phone, I see that this problem is happening. Thanks in advance.
