Unlock basesband or dongrade baseband

I had problems with my iDevice, so after upgarade to my iphone ios 6,0,1 apparently locked and I can not use the mobile network .. so now I am using iphone 4 ios 6,0,1 and baseband 4:11:02.
please give to know how to handle it
