IPhone 4 - 5.1 upgrade to 5.1.1 or other untetherd upgrade option(s)?

My iPhone 4 is on 0s 5.1. I don't want to upgrade to IOS 6, and I want an untethered jailbreak. Is there any way I can still upgrade to IOS 5.1.1 in order to run Redsnow's Jailbreak for 5.1.1?
If not, is there an untethered Jailbreak for the latest IOS version?
