Used SAMperf to activate push notification, Itunes can't activate

Well i tried activating my jailbroken hacktivated iphone 3gs (BB 05.13.04 ) using SAM to get the push notification, all goes well until i get this message from itunes : "we're sorry we are unable to conitune with your activation at this time. please try again later, or contact customer care." what can be the problem ? Thank you
