4s jailbreak os6.1.2 problem

Hi dear frnds i did jailbreak my iphon 4s with evasi0n.it was sucsessful im very happy thanks all.and i installd 2,3app via cydia like before .but now the prblem is when i triying to open settings,callin option ( number dialpad,contacts,logs) then it is suddenly closing not opening. im tryin to open agin but same problem.i did reboot,respring but not change.same happen.but its working correctly in SAFEMODE.what i do plz help me thaks &rgds faizal
