I've been looking for an answer for this for ages and cant find one anywhere so I hope someone can help.
I have an iPhone 5 on 6.0.1 which I am using on the network DU in the United Arab Emirates. This is one of the networks which didn't get LTE until the 6.1 update and so it will not let me uodate my carrier settings past 13.0 and i think they are on 14.1 now. I do not get prompted in itunes for this update and probably wont unless I update to 6.1.4, which i do not want to do as i want to keep my jailbreak.
So what i'm asking is, is there anyway around this? Can I download and install the carrier settings from elsewhere or edit some files somewhere or download a hack?
