Gotta replace my iPhone = no more jailbreak?

I shattered my iPhone *boo*
I have AppleCare *yay*
They'll replace it *yay*
But then I will lose jailbreak? *boo*
Is there any way around it? For example, might the Apple store still have some 6.1.2 phones in inventory?
