Not so long... The native browser in Windows 8 won't support any plugin, even Flash Microsoft is playing the nail in the coffin that Apple opened and pushed Flash. https://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=16949

Not really... It is the Metro browser that will not have those plugins...

Loads of BS, both Apple and MS will not have plugins in their mobile browsers, which is totally understandable (saving batterylidfe etc.) but like in Windows 8, ypu can easily switch the stipped out Metro browser to full Desktop Windows and use Flash and everything else as much as you like. Sounds like bad new for ipads witch are the only tablets that have resticted web experience - all others support openscreeproject.
