4G speeds in Egypt is way above what’s shown, in good covered areas I can get 89 Mbps download, 8.4 Mbps upload and 29 ms latency.
In perfectly covered areas with no severe traffic I reach 119 Mbps easily.
So I think average is way above what’s shown.

Wanted new line. So.
You must consider other areas and other towns not covered with 4G or 5G networks. Or areas where coverage is bad. Same is in my country. In my town speeds are great but when I go to countryside it is all other story. Depends where but it happened few times I dont have almost any signal.

That’s the major issue with the new 5G standard. Since it’s ‘line of sight’ only, only densely packed downtown areas of major cities will get ANY coverage, leaving most of each country ‘data destitute’. Meanwhile, it’ll only work OUTSIDE, since the signals can’t reach past walls!
